ARCHITECTURE
In architectural design, Diming architects consider aesthetic, functional, environmental, and social aspects. The architectural design encompasses planning both the exterior and interior spaces, structural elements, material use, and energy efficiency. It also includes designing the facade, roof, spatial layout, lighting, communication paths, and other critical elements.
Based on your preferences, architects design the house, space, rational room layout, materials, and other details.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
The conceptual design allows the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the concept, as well as the aesthetic and functional aspects of the building or space. It serves as a foundation for further planning, taking into account technical requirements, legislation, spatial planning regulations, and other constraints.
OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT
To ensure a smooth and accurate process for obtaining a building permit, our architects prepare, review, and organize all the necessary documentation. This includes plans, technical descriptions, structural calculations, environmental impact assessments, and other required information specific to the project.
BUILDING STRUCTURE
Structural engineering is a critical part of the project and construction documentation, specifically the Structural Design and Reinforcement Plan. The structural engineer carefully checks and determines the static and seismic stability of the building. Structural documentation is a mandatory part of the construction documentation and must always be present on the construction site.
KVARTET APARTMENT
For a private client, we designed the interior of a new apartment, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their life. In this project, we worked closely with the client to bring their dreams and desires to life. From the initial sketches to the final realization, we explored and defined how to best reflect the client’s habits, wishes, and personality in every corner of their new home.

We furnished a new 3-room apartment, sized 95.80 m², from start to finish, including all furniture. The project involved comprehensive planning and execution, where we carefully selected each interior element to create a harmonious and functional living space.
From choosing wall colors and lighting to furniture selection—every detail was thoughtfully chosen and tailored to meet the needs and style of the residents.
Our goal was to create a warm, modern, and comfortable home where aesthetics, practicality, and quality seamlessly blend.
The final result is a cozy and stylishly refined apartment that reflects a modern lifestyle and ensures maximum comfort for everyday living.
