High-Rise Construction

High-rise construction engineering refers to the construction of buildings that are typically tall and complex, such as multi-residential buildings, office towers, and other high-rise infrastructure projects. This type of construction requires expert knowledge and skills in planning, managing, and executing projects.

In 2022, we established a high-rise construction department, and with a team of experienced engineers and other collaborators who have previously worked in this field, we offer clients high-quality construction services from the start of the project through to obtaining the occupancy permit. In addition to traditional construction methods, we also undertake projects using the design-build approach.

We carry out all types of high-rise construction projects, including reconstructions, extensions, and new builds:

  • Multi-residential buildings,
  • Warehouse and office buildings,
  • All types of commercial buildings,
  • Other structures.

During the construction phase, we work closely with designers, supervisors, and clients to leverage our combined experience and achieve the best possible final result. Our goal is to ensure flawless project management and execution, focusing on optimal coordination and high-quality construction work. This approach ensures that projects are completed according to plans, standards, and the expectations of all parties involved.

Our company assumes full responsibility for the construction project at a pre-agreed price and clearly defined scope of work. This makes our company the sole point of contact for the client, helping to prevent organizational complications, delays, extensions, and unforeseen costs.

Current Projects

BUSINESS BUILDING HALA POLAK, KOMENDA

INVESTOR: PolackPack d.o.o.

TYPE OF BUILDING: Production and warehouse business facility

SCOPE OF WORK: Construction, building envelope, and external landscaping

YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION: 2024

In the business zone of Komenda, we are constructing a production and warehouse business facility with a net floor area of 1,300 m². The majority of the building will be dedicated to production and storage, while a smaller portion will house offices and associated spaces.

The building will have a rectangular floor plan and a height of 15 meters. The load-bearing structure will be a prefabricated reinforced concrete framework, with the vertical staircase core designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The building’s foundation will consist of point foundations connected by foundation beams, which will be linked to a reinforced concrete foundation slab.

The facade will be constructed from thermally insulated facade panels attached to a steel substructure, and the roof will be flat with a slight slope. The external landscaping will include the construction of asphalted traffic and parking areas as well as greening.

A notable aspect of the construction will be the installation of the vertical facade, particularly due to the large length of the facade panels, which will be transported via special transport and mounted across the entire height of the building.

WINERY, ZAMBRATIJA

INVESTOR: Dimnik Estate d.o.o.

TYPE OF BUILDING: Agricultural facility

SCOPE OF WORK: Construction and external landscaping

YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION: 2024

In an idyllic location surrounded by olive groves and vineyards above Zambratija in Croatia, we are constructing a large winery across two floors. The building will be constructed around an existing water reservoir, which we will preserve and properly renovate.

The load-bearing structure will be a combination of reinforced concrete and steel, featuring exposed concrete walls. The lower floor will be partially underground. The excavation presented a challenge due to the presence of “live rock,” which was removed using mechanical chiseling.

The winery will span over 1,000 m², with the lower floor dedicated to wine production and storage, while the upper floor will serve as a wine tasting area, offering both indoor and outdoor spaces, including a terrace.

MULTI-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING BARJANSKI MOZAIK, LAVRICA

INVESTOR: Diming Invest d.o.o.

TYPE OF BUILDING: Residential building

SCOPE OF WORK: Construction and external landscaping

YEAR OF CONSTRUCTION: 2024

On a parcel of over 3,000 m² on the outskirts of the Ljubljansko Barje in Lavrica, we are constructing three residential buildings, which are supported by 117 drilled reinforced concrete piles with depths ranging from 3 to 8 meters. The construction of the piles required over 600 meters of drilling, the use of more than 170 m³ of concrete, and 15 tons of reinforcement. The entire horizontal and vertical load-bearing structure is made of reinforced concrete, with exterior walls built from brick blocks.

The facade will be a traditional contact facade on the upper two floors, while the ground floor, which includes parking spaces for the residents, will feature a ventilated facade.

A particular challenge is the external landscaping, which involves the installation of a large number of driven wooden piles.
