MULTI-RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX BARJANSKI MOZAIK

On a parcel of over 3000 m² on the outskirts of the Ljubljansko Barje in Lavrica, we are constructing three residential buildings known as Barjanski Mozaik.
The three rectangular volumes of Barjanski Mozaik are designed to blend with the surrounding morphology of single-family homes, forming a cohesive residential complex. The residential blocks have three floors: ground floor, first floor, and second floor (P+1N+2N). Across the three floors, there are a total of 24 apartments, with 8 apartments in each block.
All apartments are equipped with large panoramic windows, providing ample natural light and a direct connection to nature. The spatial dynamics of the apartments are enhanced by terraces, loggias, and balconies, creating numerous pleasant micro-environments for relaxation and enjoyment of fresh air, tailored to all dimensions of everyday life, while also offering idyllic views of the Barje meadows.
Barjanski Mozaik is a creation of our architects, designed as a modern, low-energy building characterized by top-notch design and functional layouts. With its exceptional floor plan designs, the complex offers premium living conditions, even for the most discerning residents.
The construction is scheduled for completion, and occupancy is expected in the first quarter of 2024.

TWO-FAMILY SEMI-DETACHED HOUSE POT NA BREJE
LOCATION: Štepanjsko naselje, Ljubljana
YEAR OF COMPLETION: 2023
In a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Štepanjsko naselje in Ljubljana, we have constructed four semi-detached houses up to the third extended construction phase. The parcel size is 285 m², with 99.90 m² of built-up area (part of the building) and two floors (P + N). The net floor area of the building is 199 m², including a 114 m² courtyard and 71.10 m² of reinforced and paved access with parking in front of each unit’s entrance. The construction is earthquake-resistant, sustainable, and energy-efficient, largely utilizing high-quality and natural materials.
DIMING GROUP OFFICE BUILDING
